      Torpedo-Gorky suffers its third consecutive defeat. In Perm, the Nizhny Novgorod side lost to Molot by a score of 3:4.

      The match began with active attacks from both teams. By the fourth minute the scoreboard read 2:1 — the hosts had scored twice, with Nikolai Mayorov scoring between their goals. Shortly after, Molot scored another goal — 3:1.

      In the second period Torpedo-Gorky managed to fight back. Alexander Pelevin reduced the deficit, and in the 34th minute Ruslan Gazizov equalized after a fortunate ricochet off the boards — 3:3.

      However, just 42 seconds later the Perm team regained the lead. That goal proved decisive. In the third period the Nizhny Novgorod side had the initiative, created several chances, and late in the game pulled the goalkeeper for a sixth skater. But they were unable to level the score.

      With 36 points, Dmitry Kosmachev’s side sits 11th in the regular-season standings.

      Torpedo-Gorky will play its next match (6+) on November 29 in Kirovo-Chepetsk against Olimpiya.
