Gleb Nikitin, the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, wrote on his Telegram channel about the results of the first wave of the regional project “SVOe delo,” which was attended by more than 140 people from 38 municipalities in the region.
Ten Nizhny Novgorod SVO participants and their family members became winners. The authors of the best initiatives received certificates for 150,000 rubles, which can be used to promote their ventures online.
“Among the winners are a leather workshop, a glamping site, snail and fish farms. Many projects have a social focus. For example, one participant is building comprehensive support for SVO veterans — from paperwork to psychological counseling. Even after the program ends, participants can count on advice and assistance from experts. We are developing various mechanisms so that SVO veterans can successfully return to peaceful life,” the statement says.
