The Nizhny Novgorod Region Swimming Championship was held in the pool of the "Zarechye" Sports School, 25 m.

      On November 19–20, 2025, the Nizhny Novgorod Region Swimming Championships were held at the 25 m pool of MBOU DO SSh DS "Zarechye".

      Boys and girls aged 8 (born in 2017) took part in the competitions.

      Ten sets of medals were contested in individual events and four sets of medals in relay swimming.

      The largest number of medals were won by:

      - Igor Makarov, FOK "Zvezda", Pavlovo, who won three events: 100 m freestyle – 1:19.96, 25 m butterfly – 18.71, 25 m freestyle – 17.03.

      - Sofya Filatova, SSh "Sormovo" named after Y.P. Kruglov, Nizhny Novgorod, who won three gold medals in: 100 m freestyle – 1:27.36, 25 m freestyle – 16.57, 25 m breaststroke – 23.15.

      - Timofey Shamanin, SK "Sormovich", Nizhny Novgorod, who has one gold and one silver in: 25 m breaststroke – 21.99, 25 m butterfly – 19.78.

      - Matvey Voinov, SSh DS "Severnaya zvezda", Nizhny Novgorod, who became a two-time silver medalist in: 100 m freestyle – 1:28.59, 25 m freestyle – 17.42.

      One silver and one bronze medal for their teams were won by:

      - Evgenia Semenova, SSh "Nizhegorodets-1", Nizhny Novgorod: 25 m backstroke – 21.76, 25 m freestyle – 18.78.

      - Roman Eliseev, SSh "Yunost-1", Nizhny Novgorod: 25 m backstroke – 20.74, 25 m freestyle – 17.49.

      - Anastasia Shurygina, SSh "Yunost-1", Nizhny Novgorod: 25 m freestyle – 18.53, 25 m butterfly – 22.30.

      - Arina Yakunina, SSh "Yunost-1", Nizhny Novgorod: 100 m freestyle – 1:34.13, 25 m butterfly – 22.30.

      Danislav Samsonov, NOSHOR "Delfin-1", Nizhny Novgorod, won two bronze medals in: 100 m freestyle – 1:29.23, 25 m butterfly – 19.93.

      The best results by WA points among girls and boys were:

      - Sofya Filatova, SSh "Sormovo" named after Y.P. Kruglov, Nizhny Novgorod – 247 pts (25 m freestyle – 16.57)

      - Igor Makarov, FOK "Zvezda", Pavlovo – 176 pts (100 m freestyle – 1:19.96)

      Relay winners were:

      - Girls 4x25 m freestyle: SSh "Nizhegorodets-1", Nizhny Novgorod – 1:21.71 (Maria Morozova, Irina Dorofeeva, Evgenia Semenova, Varvara Poganycheva)

      - Boys 4x25 m freestyle: NOSHOR "Delfin-1", Nizhny Novgorod – 1:16.07 (Artemiy Kozlov, Evgeny Sviridov, Mir Zasukhin, Danislav Samsonov)

      - Girls 4x25 m medley: SSh "Nizhegorodets-1", Nizhny Novgorod – 1:33.26 (Irina Dorofeeva, Varvara Poganycheva, Evgenia Semenova, Maria Morozova)

      - Boys 4x25 m medley: NOSHOR "Delfin-1", Nizhny Novgorod – 1:29.78 (Mir Zasukhin, Artemiy Kozlov, Danislav Samsonov, Evgeny Sviridov)

      The team standings after two days of competition are as follows:

      - SSh "Nizhegorodets-1", Nizhny Novgorod – 4,445 points

      - SSh "Krasnaya Gorka-1", Bor – 4,283 points

      - NOSHOR "Delfin-1", Nizhny Novgorod – 4,046 points
