The "Investor Issues Resolution" service is now available on the websites of the municipal administrations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The "Investor Issues Resolution" service, posted on the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, has become available on the websites of the administrations of 51 municipalities in the region (in the "Investment Policy" sections).
This service allows users to promptly report difficulties arising during project implementation and to receive the necessary consultative support on current issues of conducting investment activity for both large investors and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
Most often entrepreneurs submit inquiries related to selecting measures of state support and a land plot for project implementation.
"The Development Corporation is actively working on digitizing interaction with investors, and the appearance of the service on municipal administration websites makes it even more accessible to the region's entrepreneurs. Our specialists promptly process incoming inquiries and assist businesses in various areas," noted Igor Ishchenko, General Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.
Recall that on the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod Region entrepreneurs can find detailed information about the region and municipalities, in particular about available infrastructure, and learn about current investment offers.
So that an investor can independently select tax, property and advisory measures of state support for their project and learn about available subsidies, concessional loans and credits, a support measures calculator is posted on the portal. There is an investment map, which currently shows about 470 territories available for investment. A video guide to the service is posted in the same section to help users adapt to the investment map’s functionality.
An investor also always has the option to contact Development Corporation specialists via the support hotline number: 0052, through the chat-bot embedded in the investment portal, or by the numbers listed on the portal in the "Contacts" section.
