      Today, November 14, in the village of Sosnovskoye the senior veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region “State Veterinary Administration of the Pavlovsky Municipal District” died suddenly at his workplace. This was reported by the State Labor Inspectorate in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. As the agency’s press service said, the senior veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region “State Veterinary Administration of the Pavlovsky Municipal District” was in the break room of the “Station for Combating Animal Diseases” department. In the morning, at about 11:30, a cleaner from the adjacent office suddenly heard a thump. It turned out that the veterinarian had fallen after losing consciousness. When the ambulance arrived, the medical team carried out an examination and resuscitation measures. However, the employee never regained consciousness and died at the scene.

      The State Labor Inspectorate in the Nizhny Novgorod Region has opened an investigation into the fatal workplace accident. Officers will determine all causes and circumstances of the incident. Earlier, pravda-nn.ru reported that a criminal case was opened over the death of a livestock worker at a Koverninsky enterprise.
