The #MUSICTOGETHER project presented a new song for the Day of National Unity.

      The #MUSICTOGETHER project continues the series "Songs of a Great Country. With Love from the Volga Region" and presents a new music video for the legendary song by Leonid Afanasyev and Igor Shaferan "I Look into the Blue Lakes." The premiere is timed to coincide with National Unity Day.

      The musical journey spans fourteen regions of the Volga Federal District and reveals the beauty of the region's nature, cultural wealth and historical heritage. The video includes footage from the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin, the forests of Perm Krai, the streets of Izhevsk, the embankment of Yoshkar-Ola and other iconic locations.

      According to Igor Komarov, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District, this song has become a true emblem of the district's cultural and natural riches. It inspires and reminds people of how much strength, beauty and unity there is in our country.

      Both young and experienced performers joined the filming of the video. Among them are Honored Artist of the Kirov Region Oksana Kasimova, the Honored Folk Art Collective of the Russian Federation folk ensemble "Pryalitsa" led by Natalia Kulkova, and the exemplary boys' choir "Little Prince," conducted by Lyudmila Gerasimova.

      The music video is available on the #MUSICTOGETHER project's pages, including the official group on VKontakte, on the website of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, and on regional television channels.

      The project was implemented with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, the office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, and the "DNA of Russia" project.

      Recall that on October 29 the premiere of the first video in the series for the song "The River Volga Flows" took place.
