In Nizhny Novgorod, the T Plus Youth Forum concluded. Over two days, young specialists of the Group aged up to 36 from 17 regions of the country developed initiatives to enhance the company's personnel potential.
"The forum allowed us to consolidate the efforts of regional youth communities and outlined clear guidelines for joint work for the next year. Developing the youth movement is a long-term investment. Those who join the T Plus young specialists community today will in the future occupy managerial positions and determine the development strategy of the company and the industry as a whole," said Andrey Matrunchik, chairman of the T Plus Group Youth Community.
Forum participants revised the structure of the Youth Community, developed a unified system of interaction and identified five key areas of work. The changes will allow a fresh look at developing the employer brand, implementing social and educational projects, sporting and engineering events, as well as selecting future leaders of the movement.
T Plus's 2025 youth leaders were selected during this forum. The company's CEO, Pavel Snikkars, awarded the most active participants of the youth movement. Winners were chosen in three categories: "Leader of Good Deeds," "Sports Leader," and "Leader of Engineering Thought."
The T Plus Group's youth session was held for the first time in Ulyanovsk in 2024. The event's goal is to address issues of attracting and retaining personnel not only within the company but across the entire energy sector.
