      October 22, 2025 17:24 Society CEO of "Teploenergo" Dmitry Sivokhin moved his office to the Nizhny Novgorod aeration station.

      As NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" was told by the press service of the resource-supplying organization, the head's office has been at the station for several months "to optimize work processes."

      Recall that the first phase of a large-scale reconstruction of the aeration station in Nizhny Novgorod is currently underway. In September Governor Gleb Nikitin and Teploenergo CEO Dmitry Sivokhin visited it for an inspection. The second phase of the facility's modernization, as was reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin, will be completed in 2029.

      Meanwhile thousands of city residents continue to complain about a persistent sewage odor. Many link it to the aeration station's operations. As reported, in October the station again received a warning because of the stench.
