Rosaviatsia reported that restrictions at Nizhny Novgorod Airport have been lifted.

      The "Kover" plan was reintroduced at the Nizhny Novgorod airport due to the threat of a drone attack.

      According to Rosaviatsia, restrictions on incoming and outgoing flights were in effect from 2:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on 21 October.

      During the stated period, one aircraft bound for the Volga region's capital was sent to an alternate airfield.

      Earlier, a female reader of NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" explained what to do if a flight is diverted to another airport.

      It was also reported that the airline Nordwind was penalized for a 20-hour delay of flights in Nizhny Novgorod.
