This follows from a response by the regional Ministry of Economic Development to a request from NIA "Nizhny Novgorod." As reported in March, the initiator of the concession initiative was the developer "FSK Region." The project envisaged a large-scale overhaul of the area. Along the shores it was proposed to create an amusement zone and install a Ferris wheel, improve the beaches, and create bike paths and walking routes. It was noted that implementing the plan could take 1.5 years. The editorial office contacted the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region to find out the fate of the project. They said the region remains interested in it.
