      The administration of Nizhny Novgorod has decided to sell a real estate property and a land plot in the city center. The corresponding decree was published on the mayor’s office website.

      A non-residential building with a total area of 558.4 square meters, located at 37a Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, will be offered at an electronic auction. The property has three floors, including a basement. It housed the municipal administration for outdoor lighting networks and engineering protection.

      At the same time, a land plot of 1,769 sq. m, on which a building on Gruzinskaya Street is located, is also planned to be sold.

      The sale will be conducted at market value determined in accordance with the Federal Law "On Appraisal Activity in the Russian Federation." The Committee for the Management of City Property and Land Resources of the Nizhny Novgorod Administration will organize the auction.

      Earlier it was reported that a loan of 1.8 billion rubles was allocated for the construction of a hotel on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya in the area of building No. 12b.
