At School No. 117 in the Sormovsky District of Nizhny Novgorod, a sixth grader suffered a broken nose during a crush in one of the corridors. Students reported this on social networks. Earlier, information about an alleged mass brawl spread online; however, the school's pupils denied these reports. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred because of a narrow passage, where in the crush the child fell face-first onto the floor. The published video shows schoolchildren trying to lift the injured boy. Notably, in the spring of last year the same educational institution was the scene of a high-profile stabbing. Then a 14-year-old teenager wounded two peers and fled. After the incident, the former director of School No. 117 was suspended from his position.
