The Arbitration Court has officially declared Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneur Dmitry Dzepa an insolvent debtor. The corresponding decision was made on October 6, 2025, according to the materials of the arbitration case registry.
According to the court ruling, a procedure for the sale of assets has been initiated in respect of Dzepa. Thus, the process of settling the entrepreneur’s debts through his assets begins.
Earlier, the court extended the preventive measure for Dmitry Dzepa — he will remain in a pre-trial detention center (SIZO) until November 13, 2025, inclusive.
Recall that Dmitry Dzepa was arrested in November 2024. He is accused of fraud committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, as well as of legalizing property obtained by criminal means.
In the summer of 2025, at the prosecutor’s suit the court recovered from him an amount exceeding 800 million rubles. While already in the detention center, in August 2025 Dzepa filed for recognition of himself as bankrupt.
