Forty-five participants in the "SVOyo Delo" project took part in business games held in Semyonov, Gorodets, Sarov, Kstovo and the village of Vad. The project is being implemented by the regional Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship and the regional "My Business" center with the support of a branch of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" fund, the "Work of Russia" staffing center, the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Center for Social Innovation, and the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, in accordance with the goals and objectives of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."

"At the business games, under the guidance of experts from the regional 'My Business' center, project participants worked through their own projects in detail: they defined the concept of the product or service, conducted a SWOT analysis, studied the market, selected promotion channels, calculated financial indicators and assessed the socio-economic significance. The final stage was the defense of the developed business plans. Following the presentations, the jury selected the 13 best projects," said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

In Gorodets the best projects were recognized as those for additional education for children and adults, opening a grocery store, and organizing assistance for SVO participants and their families; in Arzamas — a workshop for comprehensive restoration of automotive rims; in Semyonov — projects for house construction, estimate preparation, and production of EVA rugs. In Kstovo — projects for trading on a marketplace, opening a mobile service center, a trout farm, a leather workshop, and a canvas photo-printing center. In the village of Vad — the opening of a youth café.

Mentors working with participants of the "SVOyo Delo" project are successful entrepreneurs and company directors, and heads of municipal business associations. They share with novice entrepreneurs the most valuable thing — their personal experience. Mentors for each district were chosen taking into account the specifics of the ideas that project participants plan to implement in that municipality.

Mentors in the city of Semyonov included Evgenia Korableva, head of the "Wild Orchid" chain flower shop; Vasily Dautov, General Director of Etzetop LLC; and Alexandra Bochkareva, manager of the Semyonov branch of Rosselkhozbank JSC. In Kstovo — Egor Arkhipov, Director of Laser-NN Metalworking LLC. In Gorodets — Alexey Stepanov, owner of the "Uslada" restaurant. In Sarov — Renat Akbulatov, owner of the "Delicacy of Sarov" stores. In the village of Vad — Evgenia Zvereva, founder of the clothing and textile repair studio "Embroidery of Wonders."

Earlier, business games were held in Uren, Lukoyanov, Nizhny Novgorod and the town of Bor. More than 50 people participated in them, and 15 winning projects were selected.

The "SVOyo Delo" program will continue until the end of November. For the winners of the business games, staff at the "My Business" centers will develop individual development roadmaps taking into account current measures of government support. The authors of the 10 best projects will be able to receive free one of the services related to website development, an online store or another form of product promotion, product certification, development of a brand book or a business plan. Prior to the business games, educational seminars were held in which more than 140 people participated.

As a reminder, information about all business support measures at the federal and regional levels can be obtained at the "My Business" center (мойбизнес52.рф), which operates within the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy." The center also operates the "My Business" hotline, where you can get all the necessary information. Hotline phone number: 8 (800) 301-29-94 (toll-free).

The national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy," initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, will become the main tool for forming a new growth model. It includes federal projects aimed at the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, increasing labor productivity, boosting investment activity, low-carbon development and the development of the state system of statistics and forecasting.
