An undressed man in a disturbed state drew the attention of police in the Kanavinsky District, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nizhny Novgorod Region reported.
According to available information, the man tried to evade law enforcement. He was chased down, detained, and later sent to a medical facility to receive professional care.
Recall that on October 3 police detained on Konovalova Street (Sormovo) a drunken man with an air rifle who frightened passersby.
