      A hotline dedicated to the autumn conscription for military service has started operating in Nizhny Novgorod. It will operate from October 1 to December 30, 2025. This was reported by the city department for security and mobilization preparedness.

      Consultations are available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 to 17:00, and on Fridays and pre-holiday days from 10:00 to 16:00. Residents of Nizhny Novgorod can ask any questions by phone at 467-10-90 (ext. 5601).

      The autumn conscription began on October 1 across the country. More than 2,100 people from the Nizhny Novgorod region will be sent to the army, including about 500 residents of the regional capital. The campaign will end on December 31.

      Note that the autumn 2025 conscription will be conducted through the Unified Register of Military Records.
