In the village of Novopokrovskoye, construction of a branch of Nizhny Novgorod Polyclinic No. 30 continues. The progress of the work was reported by MIA "Stacionar-press" editor-in-chief Alexey Nikonov on his Telegram channel.
Recall that the adult polyclinic project in the Sovetsky District is being implemented as part of the address-based investment program. It will be designed for 500 visits per shift. The medical facility will have an area of 7,600 square meters.
According to a medical expert, the roof is already complete. Workers are now finishing the façade and continuing interior work.
Tenders have already been announced for the purchase of a digital X-ray machine and a computed tomography (CT) scanner for the future polyclinic.
Earlier it was said that the polyclinic was to be built by November 2025. However, it has now emerged that handover of the facility is scheduled for the end of this year, and the opening for the beginning of 2026.

According to journalists, the former official created a luxurious residence with a little French garden in a multi-apartment building on Alekseevskaya Street. He bought apartments on the first and second floors, and then obtained ownership of the basement. He then fenced off the area adjoining the apartment building with a concrete fence and created a separate entrance.
Former chair of the homeowners' association "Alekseevskoye" Lyudmila Erastova said she had been inside and saw a large oak staircase in the center. "A gorgeous apartment. And its own heating!" she said.
How the former official managed to seize the land adjacent to the building is unknown.
Recall that in 2022 Shtokman, while serving as first deputy head of the city administration, went to the special military operation. In August 2025 he suddenly submitted his resignation. And on September 26 it became known that he had been detained. The Moscow District Court remanded the accused to a pre-trial detention center for two months.
Also on September 26 a source reported the return from the special military operation of the former head of Nizhny Novgorod’s Department of Construction Ilya Gor, previously convicted of bribery. He returned home missing part of an arm and with his conviction expunged.
