More than one and a half thousand people became winners of the quiz "КУПНО ЗА ЕДИНО".

The name of the winner of the "KUPNO ZA EDINO!" quiz, dedicated to the governor's participatory budgeting project "YOU DECIDE!", has been revealed. The grand prize — a Lada Granta car — was ceremonially presented today to Nizhny Novgorod resident Evgenia Shishkina. Evgenia works as a kindergarten teacher at Kindergarten No. 458 "Goldfish" and is raising a son who turned eight years old today.
The "KUPNO ZA EDINO!" quiz launched on August 15. During this time, 148,000 residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region became holders of coupons obtained from volunteers or distribution centers.
Recall that to participate in the quiz it was necessary to fill out a coupon and correctly answer questions about the "YOU DECIDE!" project. There were 1,689 winners. They were selected using a computer algorithm.
Hundreds more winners are awaiting valuable prizes, including household and computer appliances and gift certificates. You can check your coupon and collect your prize until October 15 at a distribution center whose address is listed on the quiz website https://vam.golosza.ru/viktorina. After this date the organizer's obligation to present the prize ceases.
The main goal of holding the "KUPNO ZA EDINO" quiz was to promote the "YOU DECIDE!" project, which allows residents of the region to decide for themselves which facilities will be improved using budget funds. The quiz was organized by the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "House of National Unity."
This year, 462 initiatives that won the previous competition will be implemented in the Nizhny Novgorod region. On September 15, 2025, the acceptance of applications for the implementation of participatory budgeting projects for 2026 closed; in October the second stage — voting for the projects — will begin. These include children's and sports playgrounds, public spaces, and roads. Funding will amount to 1 billion 200 million rubles.
In total, from 2013 to 2024 around 5,000 projects were implemented under participatory budgeting aimed at creating comfortable conditions and improving quality of life.

According to journalists, the former official created a luxurious residence with a little French garden in a multi-apartment building on Alekseevskaya Street. He bought apartments on the first and second floors, and then obtained ownership of the basement. He then fenced off the area adjoining the apartment building with a concrete fence and created a separate entrance.
Former chair of the homeowners' association "Alekseevskoye" Lyudmila Erastova said she had been inside and saw a large oak staircase in the center. "A gorgeous apartment. And its own heating!" she said.
How the former official managed to seize the land adjacent to the building is unknown.
Recall that in 2022 Shtokman, while serving as first deputy head of the city administration, went to the special military operation. In August 2025 he suddenly submitted his resignation. And on September 26 it became known that he had been detained. The Moscow District Court remanded the accused to a pre-trial detention center for two months.
Also on September 26 a source reported the return from the special military operation of the former head of Nizhny Novgorod’s Department of Construction Ilya Gor, previously convicted of bribery. He returned home missing part of an arm and with his conviction expunged.
