A terrible fire in a multi-story building on Julius Fučík Street in Nizhny Novgorod claimed a human life. According to the press service of the regional EMERCOM department, the tragedy occurred on September 26.
Firefighters evacuated 25 people from the entrance, three of whom were children. The area affected by the fire amounted to 10 sq. meters. The blaze was extinguished by 33 EMERCOM specialists.
It was not without casualties: a woman's body was found at the scene. Her identity is being established.
Preliminarily, the fire broke out due to improper use of electrical equipment.
