12 courtyards in Dzerzhinsk will be renovated under the national project.

      In Dzerzhinsk, 12 courtyards will be renovated this year under the "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" project of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment," the city administration reported. Work has already been completed at Pushkinskaya Street, 24; Molodezhnaya Street, 12; Samokhvalova Street, 4A; and Oktyabrskaya Street, 29 and 29A.

      Dzerzhinsk head Mikhail Klinkov inspected the progress of work in the courtyards at Pirogova 35, Griboedova 42A and on Mira Boulevard, 4 and 6. At Griboedova 42A, preparatory work for asphalt paving of the intra-yard driveway and parking area has been completed. Improvement work on Mira Boulevard has entered the final stage: sidewalks and driveways have been repaired, and only the installation of a picket fence remains. Near building No. 35 on Pirogova Street, 60% of the work on driveway repairs and parking arrangement has been completed. Incidentally, on Pirogova Street since 2018 — during the implementation of the "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" project, which is now part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" — 17 courtyard areas have been improved.

      "Dzerzhinsk is being transformed; thanks to the implementation of national projects, people see real changes for the better, which is why they come together every year and propose their ideas for improvement. We support them and help bring them to life. A courtyard, a street — these are public spaces whose comfort largely depends on the active participation of residents. The 'Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment' program has been implemented in Dzerzhinsk since 2018, and during this time 407 courtyards have been improved," emphasized Mikhail Klinkov.

      Recall that from 2025, at the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the implementation of a new national project, "Infrastructure for Life," began in Russia. Its goal is to provide citizens with socially significant infrastructure of a new quality. The project consists of 11 federal projects, which include areas previously provided for in the national projects "Housing and Urban Environment," "Safe and High-Quality Roads," and state programs of the Russian Federation: "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment," "Modernization of Communal Infrastructure," "Housing," "Development of Infrastructure in Settlements," "New Rhythm of Construction," "Central Transport Hub," "Road Traffic Safety," "Regional Roads," "Federal Highways," "Development of Road Management," and "Public Transport."
