Construction readiness of the H2O Technopark in the Kulibin SEZ exceeded 90%.

      Construction readiness of the "Technopark H2O" in the Kulibin Special Economic Zone has exceeded 90%. The site's infrastructure includes a shared-use center for scientific equipment, an innovation and technology center to support residents, laboratory spaces, a conference hall and a meeting room. The total area exceeds 8,000 sq. m, with usable area of about 5,500 sq. m.

      "Construction has entered the home stretch: landscaping of the adjacent territory and interior finishing works are underway. The location of Technopark H2O within the Kulibin SEZ will help establish cooperation between science and industry, and will also significantly shorten the process of introducing new technologies into production processes," emphasized Andrey Sanosyan, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The commissioning of Technopark H2O is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. As of today, potential residents have already been identified for roughly half of the spaces: companies intend to develop projects in the fields of chemistry, instrument engineering and unmanned systems.

      Companies that locate their enterprises in Technopark H2O and obtain resident status in the Kulibin SEZ are granted tax incentives. The preferential conditions provide for a reduction of the profit tax rate from 25% to 2% in the first five years from the date of first profit, to 5% in the following five years and to 14.5% thereafter, as well as zero rates for property tax, land tax and transport tax.

      Mikhail Klinkov, Mayor of Dzerzhinsk, stressed the importance of the new scientific center for the district. According to him, SEZ residents are already attracting highly qualified personnel to the city, and the launch of the center will expand the range of products being developed and increase investment appeal. He added that the city administration will continue to make Dzerzhinsk comfortable, convenient and modern.

      The establishment of the scientific research center aligns with the goals of the national project "New Materials and Chemistry", aimed at developing the chemical industry and creating innovative materials for key sectors of the economy.

      One of the federal projects of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy", initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is devoted to increasing investment activity.
