Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved land plots for investment projects worth 10 billion rubles

      The Land Relations Council under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved 10 applications for the provision of land plots for the implementation of investment projects. Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov reported this on his Telegram channel.

      He noted that the total volume of investments for the approved initiatives will amount to 10.2 billion rubles. As a result of the implementation of the projects, 450 new jobs are expected to be created in the region.

      Among the approved applications is the construction of a pedagogical campus in the Prioksky District of Nizhny Novgorod. The investor is the Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma Minin. The amount of investment will be 3.1 billion rubles.

      Also approved was a hotel complex project on Ilyinskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod. It will be carried out by the company "MOTOR-INVEST", with investments amounting to 1.2 billion rubles.

      The council supported the construction of the "Turist" glamping site in the Kstovo district. According to Polyakov, the project involves creating infrastructure for water recreation and water sports. The investment volume is 45 million rubles.

      A tourist hotel complex worth 130 million rubles will be built in Arzamas. The applicant is the company "Volgovyatnefteprodukt".

      In addition, an industrial technopark will appear in the Kanavinsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. It will be intended for small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the automotive and light industry sectors. The volume of investments will be 317 million rubles, the investor is the company "IKAR INVEST".

      The deputy governor added that plots have also been approved for the construction of a warehouse, a production complex for the manufacture of components for assembling houses, and a metalworking enterprise.

      It should be noted that at the previous council meeting 29 plots were approved for new investment projects with a total investment volume of more than 4.1 billion rubles.
