      The designs for two residential buildings planned to be erected near the settlement of Novinki in the Bogorodsky District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region have successfully passed a non-governmental review. Information about this was posted on the official portal of the Unified State Register of Conclusions.

      The projects concern the construction of two apartment buildings with built-in and attached public-use premises — blocks 13.1 and 13.2. The documentation states that the site where the projects are planned is located next to the settlement of Novinki.

      The project documentation was reviewed by the Moscow company "Prommash Test Expertise", which specializes in non-governmental examinations.

      The initiator of the development is LLC "Specialized Developer 'SPIKA'", and the company "GloraX PROARCH" from Saint Petersburg, together with LLC "TATSERT Certification Center" (Kazan), is the customer for both projects.

      Recall that Saint Petersburg developer GloraX in September 2024 won at auction a 60-hectare land plot for the construction of a residential quarter under the comprehensive territorial development mechanism near the settlement of Novinki in Nizhny Novgorod.

      It was also reported that the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Construction issued a permit for Phase II of the construction of water supply networks in Olgina and Novinki.
