      A field meeting of the Nizhny Novgorod Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (NAPP) was held at the Nizhnovenergo site. This was reported by the press service of Nizhnovenergo.

      The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Energy Yuri Stankevich, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Evgeny Lyulin, representatives of the relevant ministries and members of the Association.

      Issues of technological sovereignty in the energy sector and the prospects for the development of the electric power complex of the Nizhny Novgorod region were discussed.

      Yuri Stankevich informed industrialists about the main changes in federal legislation adopted by the State Duma in 2023–2025, as well as those planned for discussion during the autumn session. He also noted that, in execution of the President of Russia’s instructions, a draft of a new Program to improve the reliability of power supply in the Nizhny Novgorod Region for 2027–2030 has been prepared with funding of 7.5 billion rubles. The program’s approval process is under parliamentary oversight.

      Dmitry Fedorov, director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of Rosseti Centre and Privolzhye, presented the successful experience of implementing modern domestic software suites into the company’s production processes. Special attention was paid to a fundamentally new approach to operational and technological management — from interaction with consumers to coordination of the operation of the power grid infrastructure and the work of power crews.

      The event served as an effective platform for open dialogue, exchange of experience and the development of joint proposals to ensure the sustainable development of the region’s industry.
