SocietyThe only woman among the participants of the regional program "Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region," Yulia Nazarova, has twice visited the zone of the special military operation. She is now undergoing training and actively taking part in public life, reports pravda-nn.ru.
Yulia is originally from the military settlement of Smolino, where she grew up in an officer's family. From a young age she learned to set goals and achieve them, always heeding her father's advice. Over time the Nizhny Novgorod resident became a teacher at the garrison Officers' House, where she organized musical events for servicemen's children.
In 2018 she signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense. When the special military operation began, her husband was among the first to go to the front. Soon after, Yulia herself followed — she has already had two deployments to the combat zone.
Today Yulia Nazarova continues to develop in the civilian sphere. She is participating in the educational program "Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region" and serves as deputy director of the Volodarsk Social and Cultural Association.
"I am impressed by the scale and level of preparation. We were given a really strong educational course — lectures, trainings, everything is very substantive and useful. It exceeded my expectations. And, of course, I really value our close-knit team," the Nizhny Novgorod resident shared.
Her colleagues in the program treat Yulia with respect, as she is the only woman among the participants. Inspired by the project's atmosphere, Nazarova even wrote a song that she plans to perform in the near future.
Earlier it was reported that Andrey Gneushev, deputy governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, became a mentor to a participant in the "Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region" program.
