      The Institute of Demographic Development conducted a study on vaping among schoolchildren and students in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Can you imagine the scale of the disaster across all regions of the country? Experts assert that vaping has a negative impact on reproductive function, especially during adolescence. It is not hard to guess what consequences our country may face in a few years.

      "Simply banning them is not enough; it would be too naive to assume that after a ban vapes will disappear from all shop shelves and marketplaces. It is necessary to provide for strict and immediate punishment for the manufacture, sale and use of vapes.

      Therefore the A Just Russia — For Truth party has drafted an inter-factional bill, which must be refined and adopted UNANIMOUSLY by all factions in the State Duma.

      The bill provides for administrative liability for the retail and wholesale sale of devices that contain nicotine. The bill sets out a clear definition of nicotine-containing products and liquids to exclude loopholes for unscrupulous manufacturers.

This is stated by the President, Vyacheslav Volodin, Sergey Mironov, Governor Gleb Sergeyevich Nikitin and a huge number of parents who want their children to be healthy," said Tatyana Grinevich, Chair of the Council of the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of the A Just Russia — For Truth party.
