Nearly 54 million rubles will be allocated for road maintenance during the autumn-winter period in four districts of Nizhny Novgorod. Funding has been provided by the Department of Economic Development and Investments of the city administration.
According to data posted on the public procurement portal, the work will take place in the Avtozavodsky, Leninsky, Moskovsky and Sovetsky districts. Cleaning will be carried out from October 1 to December 31, 2025.
The contractor selected following the results of the electronic auction must provide manual cleaning of roads of various categories — from non-categorized to categories A, B and C.
Depending on weather conditions, between 200 and 300 workers may be deployed per shift on the sites. Work will be organized on a three-shift schedule, each shift lasting eight hours.
The contractor is also obliged to organize transportation of employees to the work sites and to provide their accommodation, meals and insurance.
It was previously reported that millions of rubles saved due to a low-snow winter were directed in 2025 to road repairs in Nizhny Novgorod.
