      On September 14 at School No. 186 in Nizhny Novgorod, the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Evgeny Lyulin, took part in voting in the elections of deputies to the City Duma.

      Evgeny Lyulin noted that the quality of life of city residents depends on the decisions made by municipal authorities. He emphasized the importance of civic responsibility, reminding that every vote affects the future of the district and the city.

      Recall that the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin, also took part in voting in the elections of municipal deputies: he visited one of the polling stations the day before, on September 13. And the Mayor of Nizhny Novgorod, Yuri Shalabaev, cast his vote on the first day of the three-day voting.

      Elections of deputies to representative bodies of local self-government are taking place in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Voting is organized in 25 municipal and four urban districts, including Nizhny Novgorod. A total of 29 electoral campaigns are being held: 18 main and 11 additional. During the elections, 428 mandates will be filled, 39 of them in the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma.

      Voting will end at 20:00 on September 14.
