On September 13, the monitoring group of the public headquarters for election observation in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast did not identify violations at the region's polling stations.
The experts visited 37 polling stations across all districts of Nizhny Novgorod, as well as the villages of Rzhavka and Fedyakovo, which belong to Kstovo District. These settlements lack premises for voting, which required the use of additional forms of voting for local residents.
The public headquarters' mobile teams were actively working in various municipalities of the oblast. In Dzerzhinsk they made 28 visits, in the Pavlovsky municipal district — 25, in the city of Bor — 10, and in the Balakhna district — 8. All visits were carried out according to a pre-planned schedule, and the specialists did not have to intervene in the work of the polling stations.
During the day the public headquarters' hotline received only four calls. All inquiries concerned informational and technical issues not related to violations of the electoral process.
For additional information or consultations on election issues, you can contact the public headquarters' hotline by phone: 267-33-47 or 8-930-718-17-62.
Recall that on September 12, 13 and 14, 2025, 1,275 polling stations are operating in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Residents of the region are electing deputies to representative bodies in the regional center and in 17 territorial formations of the oblast.
