      A ceremonial opening ceremony was held in Kstovo for the modernized office of the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Work Russia." The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Dmitry Platygin, head of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Kstovo District Ivan Ulanov, director of the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Work Russia" Lyudmila Yegorova, and other honored guests.

      "We are creating a new infrastructure of 'Work Russia' personnel centers across the country, and the Nizhny Novgorod region shows an excellent example of such work. All conditions have been created here for effective interaction between the labor market and education, which is especially important in conditions of competition for personnel. Modern equipment, comfortable spaces for dialogue between employers and job seekers, digital services — all this makes it possible to provide services at a fundamentally new level. Our task is to work with concrete life and business situations, to be open to everyone who wants to change professions, improve their qualifications or start their own business," noted Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Dmitry Platygin.

      The renovated personnel center has had its premises refurbished, includes a new children's area, and features an interactive map of the region's branches. An exhibition dedicated to the historic buildings of Nizhny Novgorod has been prepared, as well as a space where a sewing class for children is planned to be opened in partnership with the ANO "Our Heritage."

      "We deliberately begin nurturing future personnel from childhood, because it is early career guidance that allows one to consciously choose a profession. A seamstress today is one of the most in-demand occupations on the labor market; representatives of this profession are needed at light industry enterprises, in ateliers, and in the production of workwear. Our goal is not just to give children initial skills, but to awaken in the younger generation a steady interest in a promising profession and help them make a conscious choice for their future path," emphasized the head of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Igor Pantyukhin.

      The updated branch space meets the modern standards of "Work Russia" personnel centers and was created for the maximum convenience of citizens. The office is equipped with modern technology. Separate zones for job seekers and employers have been organized for client comfort.

      "For our district, the opening of a flagship personnel center is of great importance. It will become a key attraction point for all residents — both city and rural — who are looking for work or want to improve their qualifications," said the head of the Kstovo District Ivan Ulanov.

      Since April 2025, the Academy of Professional Growth has been operating at the Kstovo branch — a space for the personal and professional development of specialists of the "Work Russia" personnel center.

      "To date, 360 employees have already been trained in in-person and remote formats. The key goal of the academy is to improve the quality and standards of provision of all support measures to our citizens and employers," reported the director of the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Work Russia" Lyudmila Yegorova.

      The opening ceremony concluded with a symbolic tree planting on the grounds of the personnel center building. The saplings for planting were provided by the charitable population support foundation "Lotos."

      It should be recalled that the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center was among the first 17 pilot personnel centers in the country where large-scale modernization within the federal program has been fully completed. The renewal process provides not only for major repairs of the premises, but also a complete reboot of working principles. All center employees have undergone special training to provide services taking into account the individual life and business situation of each client.

      Recall that since 2025, at the instruction of President Vladimir Putin, the national project "Personnel" has come into effect in Russia. It includes four federal projects: "Labor Market Management," "Active Employment Support Measures," "Education for the Labor Market," and "The Working Person." The national project's activities are aimed at preparing personnel promptly and efficiently to meet employers' needs through coordinated work of educational institutions, companies, and the state.
