      At the Borskaya station of the passenger cable car between Nizhny Novgorod and Bor, the floor covering in the boarding and disembarkation area is planned to be renewed. This is reported on the public procurement website.

      The corresponding tender was announced by the joint-stock company "Nizhny Novgorod Cable Cars." Bids are accepted until August 15.

      The contractor will have to remove the old ceramic tiles and lay a new 9 mm-thick polymer covering over an area of 180 square meters. The renovation will affect two sections: the boarding area with turnstiles and the disembarkation area. The platform is located at a height of about 9 meters and is partially covered by a canopy. The facility also includes sloped ramps intended for strollers and wheelchairs. They currently have defects in the concrete base, which will also be repaired.

      Work will be carried out without stopping transportation. It will be performed during hours that do not interfere with the cable car’s operation. By agreement with the client, a night schedule is possible. The contract amount is 3,746,171.16 rubles. The work must be completed within 45 calendar days from the moment the advance payment is received by the contractor, but the term may be extended in case of adverse weather conditions.
