RUB 636.5 million has been allocated for the construction of a multi-storey building in the Leninsky District to resettle residents from emergency housing, the public procurement website reports.
The customer is the MKU "Main Directorate for Capital Construction of the City of Nizhny Novgorod." The facility will be located next to building No. 10 on Golubeva Street, near the public transport stop "Boarding School."
Work must be completed by October 30, 2027.
The project is being implemented under the Comprehensive Social Infrastructure Development Program. Construction will be financed from the city budget and regional budget subsidies for 2026 and 2027. The total contract value is 636.47 million rubles, of which 622.1 million rubles are allocated directly for construction works. A further 14.37 million rubles will be used for design and engineering surveys.
According to the technical documentation, the building will have a frame structure made of monolithic reinforced concrete with infill of lightweight concrete blocks. The facade will be finished with decorative plaster. Ten above-ground floors are planned; the total building area is about 7,200 sq. m, and the construction volume is approximately 22,320 cu. m. All parameters will be clarified during the design process.
The building will contain one-, two-, three-, and four-room apartments. The total residential area will be at least 5,248 sq. m. The first floor will be adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility.
