      Part of the apartments in the Voskresenskaya Sloboda residential complex will be transferred to the Nizhny Novgorod Region after construction is completed. This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the press service of the public-law company "Territory Development Fund."

      As the organization explained, agreements are currently being prepared within the framework of a joint program between the Fund and the Nizhny Novgorod city administration. After all necessary documents are signed, the final stage of construction work will begin.

      The exact timeline for completing construction of the residential complex within the boundaries of Shevchenko Street, 3rd Yamskaya and Bolshiye Ovragi will be announced after the agreements are approved. The Fund also added that the categories of citizens for whom the apartments are intended will be determined by the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      "The remaining residential units in the complex will be disposed of in accordance with the terms of the joint program," the press service noted.

      The Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region recalled that since June 2024 the rights to the land plots with the unfinished construction object have been held by PPK "Territory Development Fund." At the same time, all participants in the shared-equity construction have already received compensation payments.

      It was previously reported that the completion of the Nizhny Novgorod "Voskresenskaya Sloboda" is planned by the end of 2025.
