In Nizhny Novgorod, traffic police (GIBDD) officers identified a driver who had grossly violated traffic rules. The incident occurred in the area of Sennaya Square.
A video posted on social networks shows a car driving in a lane intended for oncoming traffic. The violation caused a wide public outcry.
Road patrol (DPS) officers promptly identified the driver. He turned out to be a 41-year-old man who had previously been deprived of his driver’s license.

Administrative reports were drawn up against the offender on several counts. He was held responsible for driving without a license, failing to comply with road signs, and driving in a lane for oncoming traffic.
The case materials have been submitted to the court for further consideration.
