Nizhny Novgorod employers were invited to the competition 'Leaders in the Interests of Women'.

      The Regional Employers' Association invites participation in the "Leaders in the Interests of Women – 2025" competition. Its goal is to support and promote the best corporate initiatives aimed at improving conditions for working women.

      As reported by the press service of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the competition is designed to help women with professional fulfillment, motherhood and carrying out family responsibilities. It also contributes to extending their careers, involving them in socially significant projects and recognizing companies that implement successful programs.

      The organizer of the competition is the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. In 2025 it was joined by the ANO "Institute for Demographic Development", National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), the D.I. Mendeleev Institute of Demographic Policy and the EKG-rating expert council. The contest coordinator is Olga Shchetinina, Senator of the Russian Federation for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and a member of the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum.

      Applications for participation are accepted until September 30 at womenlead.ru. The jury will evaluate them by February 2026, and the contest results will be announced in March 2026.

      Winners of the competition will have the opportunity to improve their EKG-rating and present their demographic programs within the "Map of Responsible Business" project.
