      The maximum amount of the regional supplement to the salary of personnel of one of the Rosgvardiya companies in the Nizhny Novgorod Region has been tripled — to 30,000 rubles per month. The corresponding decree of the governor was published on August 29, 2025.

      The supplement applies to employees of the second company of the police of the Department of Non-Departmental Security for the Nizhny Novgorod district — a structural subdivision of the Federal State Treasury Institution “Department of Non-Departmental Security of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation for the Nizhny Novgorod Region.” The measure will take effect on September 1.

      For other employees entitled to regional payments, the maximum supplement remains unchanged — up to 10,000 rubles. The reason for this decision is not specified in the document.

      The decree also notes that the exact amount depends on the actual time worked related to ensuring public order and security.

      Earlier it was reported that the Nizhny Novgorod Region ranked 28th out of 85 in the ranking of Russian regions with the highest salaries.
