      The authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod region have prepared a plan to integrate regional digital services with the Russian messenger MAX. This was reported on his Telegram channel by Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov.

      The developed roadmap is planned for the next six months. By September 1, the messenger will feature a chatbot called "Digital MFC," with which users will be able to make appointments, track the status of requests, and receive other useful information.

      Functions to connect patients with medical institutions will also be added to MAX. This will simplify the process of obtaining consultations and processing necessary documents.

      Parent chats are scheduled to be connected in the autumn, and by December 1 — the implementation of an electronic school diary and chats with management companies.

      According to Yegor Polyakov, the messenger is already technically ready to launch exclusive government services. Through MAX, for example, it will be possible to sign documents using the "GosKey" service or verify one's identity on the "Gosuslugi" portal.

      Platform developers emphasize that MAX is being created as a universal tool for personal and business communication. Users have access to high-quality audio and video calls, file transfers of up to 4 GB, the built-in AI assistant GigaChat 2.0, as well as chatbots and mini-applications.

      Polyakov also noted that the messenger already supports the creation of channels, although currently in test mode.

      It was previously reported that the Russian messenger MAX had added the "GosKey" electronic signature technology.
