      The capital repair project for the building of Kindergarten No. 459 in Nizhny Novgorod received a negative conclusion from the state expert review. This was reported in the EGRZ.

      The site is located at 7A Germana Lopatina Street.

      The works were initiated by the municipal budgetary preschool educational institution "Kindergarten No. 459". The project documentation was prepared by individual entrepreneur Dmitry Leonidovich Krylov.

      The expert review considered the capital repair project for the building. The reasons for the refusal are not specified in the publication.

      Earlier it was reported that for 2025, under the state program "Capital Repair of Educational Organizations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region", capital repairs of four preschool institutions in Nizhny Novgorod were planned.
