The Russian messenger MAX has integrated the "GosKlyuch" electronic signature technology, TV channel "360" reports, citing the press service of the digital platform. This innovation gives users the ability to sign electronic documents directly in the app. Such documents may include service agreements, consents to the processing of personal data, and other legally significant papers.
This decision is aimed at simplifying and speeding up the document signing process, making it more convenient and secure for users.
The first companies will begin using this feature this year. They will send clients contracts for signing and provide a link to the "GosKlyuch" service along with the document. There, the user will be able to confirm their signature with an electronic signature. After completing the procedure, the user returns to MAX, where they can send or download the signed document. All actions related to the electronic signature will be displayed in the personal account on the Gosuslugi portal.
Recall that from September 2023 the MAX messenger will be mandatory for preinstallation on all electronic devices sold in Russia.
As reported earlier, the information-and-communication educational service "Sferum" has been successfully integrated into the new national messenger. Starting in September, schools in the Nizhny Novgorod region will begin using the updated platform in the new digital space.
