      Disruptions may be observed in areas where festive events are held. Already in the morning residents noted temporary difficulties getting online in the city center, and by noon the interruptions had intensified. In some parts of Nizhny Novgorod, including the Nagornaya area, mobile service temporarily disappeared completely.

      City residents report problems with voice calls on social media. The situation is temporarily being resolved using the free Wi‑Fi available at “smart” bus stops and in food service outlets.
