In the first seven months of 2025, residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region sent 77,541 messages via the feedback platform "Gosuslugi. Solving Together." That is 8% more than in the same period in 2024, indicating growing interest in and trust in digital tools for interacting with the authorities.
The region's Minister of Digital Development and Communications, Alexander Sinelobov, emphasized that the platform has proven to be a convenient and effective way to resolve everyday issues.
"Modern technologies allow us to respond quickly to citizens' requests. We see that the number of appeals is growing, and this indicates demand for and trust in the system. Work to improve the platform continues so as to make it even more convenient for users," he noted.
The head of the Center for Regional Management, Alexey Ushakov, described the topics most frequently raised in the appeals. The most popular were issues related to doctor's appointments (12,801 appeals), road conditions (7,818), public improvements (6,814), the condition of courtyards and public spaces (6,544), and problems in apartment buildings (5,321).
Many residents speak positively about the platform. For example, Alexander from Pervomaysk shared his experience participating in an online broadcast dedicated to education.
"I joined the broadcast through the platform and asked a question about enrollment in first grade. I was worried whether there would be enough places in schools. I received a detailed answer that reassured me — my son will go to a good school near our home. Such broadcasts are a great opportunity to get information first-hand," he said.
To send an appeal, you must log in to the "Gosuslugi. Solving Together" portal (https://pos.gosuslugi.ru/landing/?utm_source=informing&utm_medium=smi&utm_campaign=v7) using your Gosuslugi account. Then describe the problem, provide the address and, if desired, attach a photo. The message is automatically sent to the relevant agency, which is obliged to review it and respond within 10 to 30 days.
The platform's development is taking place within the framework of the federal project "Digital Platforms in Social Sectors" of the new national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State." It launched on 1 January 2025 at the direction of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and is a continuation of the "Digital Economy" program.
The Center for Regional Management (TsUR) was created in the Nizhny Novgorod region in April 2020, also at the direction of the President. Its main task is to establish direct and effective communication between residents and government bodies. TsUR works together with the federal organization ANO "Dialog." More about the center's activities can be found in the official VKontakte group: https://vk.com/tsur52.
