      A native of Sarov, instead of attending foreign universities like Oxford and Harvard, preferred to get her higher education at NNSU. This was reported by Alexey Nikonov, editor-in-chief of Stationary Press.

      The girl completed her senior years abroad. Representatives of prestigious foreign universities offered the graduate scholarships and partial housing fee reimbursements. However, she chose Nizhny Novgorod University. Thanks to winning a school Olympiad, she was admitted to NNSU as a biology student.

      – This is already a trend. After graduating from Western schools, young Russians are increasingly choosing domestic universities, – remarked Maria Vedunova, director of the Institute of Biology and Biomedicine at NNSU.
