"Leaders in the Interests of Women - 2025" Contest

      As part of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 20, 2025, the new competition among employers, "Women’s Interests Leaders - 2025," was officially launched.

      The competition has been implemented since 2020 by the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, aiming to identify and scale the best corporate programs focused on creating conditions for working women to effectively balance professional and family responsibilities, and to promote their professional longevity.

      The organizer of the project is the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council, with partners—including the D.I. Mendeleev Demographic Policy Institute Non-Profit Organization, the Higher School of Economics, and the Demographic Development Institute Non-Profit Organization—which also acts as the competition operator.

      Participants can include large, medium, and small enterprises, government, and public organizations implementing initiatives for women. The projects are eligible for the following nominations:

      - "Professional Longevity" — supporting older women in professional self-realization;

      - "Family and Career: A Balance Space" — assisting employees planning motherhood and returning after maternity leave;

      - "New Opportunities for Professional Development" — developing skills and increasing women’s competitiveness in the labor market;

      - "Health Territory" — strengthening physical and psychological health, promoting a healthy lifestyle;

      - "School of Opportunities" — training, advancing qualifications, and continuous professional growth for employees;

      - "Changing the World Together" — supporting charity, volunteering, and addressing social issues;

      - "International Contribution" — a special category for foreign companies, encouraging best overseas practices in supporting women professionally and socially.
