      In Nizhny Novgorod, there will be an opportunity to rent Whoosh scooters via SMS. This was reported to NIAN "Nizhny Novgorod" by the company's press service.

      The exact launch date has not yet been announced, but it is expected that the service will start operating within the next two weeks.

      Currently, this option is available in 15 cities with unstable mobile internet. Today, residents of Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, Lipetsk, Novorossiysk, Sochi, Adler, Volgograd, Stavropol, Izhevsk, Tolyatti, Sterlitamak, and Tyumen can already use the SMS rental service.

      As explained by the company, there is no need to launch a mobile app to start a ride. This is particularly convenient when there is no internet connection. The main thing is to send an SMS from a number linked to the Whoosh account.

      Recall that restrictions on mobile internet operation are related to enhanced security measures. The regional Ministry of Digital Development has developed and published a map of free Wi-Fi points.
