Summary of forest fire situation as of July 25, 2025

      According to data from the regional Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, fire danger classes have established themselves across the region, with 1-2 classes, and occasionally 3 classes, for forests and peatlands. Patrolling is conducted throughout daylight hours across the entire area using ground observation tools, especially in forest areas classified as 1, 2, or 3 KPО.

      The full 3rd class of fire hazard has been established in the Sharan District.

      The partial 3rd class has been established in seven municipal districts: Vorotynsky, Voskresensky, Pольнинский, Sechenovsky, Spassky, Tonkinsky, and Tonshaevsky.

      The full 2nd class of fire hazard has been established in eighteen municipal districts: the city districts of Sarov and Shakhunya, as well as Bolshebelkinsky, Boshmurashekinsky, Buturlinsky, Vadskiy, Varnavinsky, Vetluzhsky, Dálnékonstantinovsky, Knyagininsky, Kovrinsky, Krasnobakovsky, Krasnooktyabrsky, Lyskovsky, Perevozsky, Semyonovsky, Sergachsky, Ureninsky districts.

      The partial 2nd class has been established in twenty municipal districts: the urban districts of Arzamas, Vyksa, Dzerzhinsk, and Nizhny Novgorod, as well as Borka, Pervomaysk, Ardatovsky, Balakhninsky, Bogorodsky, Voznesensky, Volodarsky, Gaginsky, Gorkovsky, Diveevsky, Kstovsky, Lukoyanovsky, Pavlovsky, Pochinokovsky, Sokolsky, Shatkovsky.

      The full 1st class of fire hazard has been established in five municipal districts: the urban districts of Kulebaki, Chkalovsky, and the districts of Vach, Navashinsky, Sosnovsky.
