One of them was seen on Artelnaya Street; the driver tried to drive away from inspectors but was stopped at an official liquid household waste reception point in the Autozavodsky district, detained, and issued an administrative penalty. The offender's vehicle was towed to a parking lot.

      The second illegitimate sewer cleaner was spotted on Osharskaya Street. This time, the driver managed to escape, and now the city police are searching for him. Such "black" sewer cleaners are considered one of the causes of bad odors on the city streets.
