      Deputies from the "A Just Russia — For Truth" faction, Sergey Mironov and Dmitry Gusev, proposed a bill that would allow citizens to free of charge use paid parking near social infrastructure facilities. This was reported by the "360" TV channel.

      The bill defines which objects are considered social infrastructure. These include schools, hospitals, social housing, sports and cultural institutions, as well as religious buildings and cultural heritage sites.

      Sergey Mironov emphasized that parents are often forced to pay large sums for parking when taking children to school, visiting hospitals, or going to cultural events. The initiative aims to prevent people from spending time and money searching for free parking so they can focus on their affairs.

      Dmitry Gusev added that ensuring convenient access to social infrastructure will significantly improve the quality of life for citizens. The ability to park for free for 30 minutes near social objects will allow people to promptly address important issues without additional expenses or stress.
