      Incidents On Bolshaya Pokrovskaya in Nizhny Novgorod, a terrible incident occurred: a young man slit his veins right on the street and lost consciousness. An ambulance team promptly took the victim to City Hospital No. 35. This was reported by the editor-in-chief of "Stationary Press" Aleksey Nikonov on his Telegram channel.

      However, according to him, the story did not end there — the young man ran away from the medical facility and lay on the asphalt. He was once again taken to the emergency department.
