Economy: A resident of Vyksa has fully repaid a debt of over 5 million rubles to a former business partner. The funds were recovered through wage attachments, reports the regional FSSP office.
The men previously ran a joint business. As part of their trust-based relationship, one of them repeatedly borrowed money from the other, issuing promissory notes with repayment deadlines. However, he failed to fulfill his obligations, leading to a conflict and subsequent court proceedings.
The court approved the creditor's claim and issued an enforcement document for the recovery of 4,775,000 rubles. The document was received by the Vyksun District Bailiff Department.
After initiating enforcement proceedings, the debtor was notified of the need to voluntarily settle the debt. However, he did not do so within the prescribed period, resulting in an additional enforcement fee of 334,000 rubles being levied.
As part of compulsory enforcement, bailiffs took several restrictive measures. The debtor's accounts and vehicle were seized, a ban was imposed on registration actions with the vehicle, and his travel abroad was restricted.
A key factor in executing the court's decision was the man's stable income. The bailiff ordered a wage garnishment, which enabled full recovery of the entire debt amount.
After the debt was fully repaid, the enforcement proceedings were closed with actual fulfillment of the court order.
It was previously reported that a Nizhny Novgorod company paid off a million-ruble debt, fearing the sale of land.
