The well-known "Knyaz" cafe in Nizhny Novgorod will be demolished by court order.

      Society, Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region ordered the demolition of the "Knyaz" cafe building located in the Leninsky district at 2B Udmurtska Street. This was reported to NIА "Nizhny Novgorod" by the administration of the capital of the Volga region.

      The reason for the legal proceedings was the municipality's demand to recognize the building as an illegal construction.

      After examining the materials and the arguments of the parties, the court recognized the cafe building as unlawfully constructed and ordered entrepreneur Knyazyan K.A. to dismantle it.

      The administration emphasized that the court's decision has not yet entered into force.

      Additionally, on July 17, the arbitration court will review a similar case concerning the neighboring "Alye Parysa" cafe, located at 2A Udmurtska Street. According to the city administration, this building was also constructed without the necessary permits. The owner of this property is V. Margaryan.
